Season 2005 - 2006
This blog is being put together to mark this most bizarre of seasons at Tynecastle. One that promised/promises so much and one that has already offered huge heartache and frustration.

Since the start of the season - well since we spanked Hibs 4 - 0 anyroads i got a bit excited and started sending my thoughts to my brother who has lived in Toronto for the last 20 years. He last watched Hearts regularly in that other season, the one we don't want to remember. He is now a Toronto maple Leafs fan - they seem just as frustrating as Hearts are and need to win the Stanley Cup just as much as we needed to win the Scottish cup in 98.
After a while of sending these sometimes match reports, sometimes crazed rants, it struck me that it would be interesting to see them all in one place as a diary of the season. The highs and the lows and all in between. I thought it would be worth blogging them all here for like minded punters to read over, comment on or just worry about my state of mind. The blog is best read from the very bottom up as this starts with that victory over Hibs in August. Take it for what it is - the garbled rantings of an over excited Jambo!!
